Kim brings years of experience in Administration, Finance, Management and Customer Service to ServiceMaster by Disaster Recon. She very much enjoys the many responsibilities she has and the diversity of clients and situations that she encounters on a daily basis. Her perspective on Customer Service is that without our clients, we will not be in business. `We have to guard and build our client `asset’ in everything we do. This will happen automatically by providing outstanding, compassionate service coupled with honesty and integrity. Customer Service is what we do.’

Kim is the mother of three young adults, two sons and a daughter, all of whom are in college. She is very proud of her children and considers them to be the most rewarding, and the most difficult, job she has ever done. She also has three dogs and a cat. She enjoys spending time with her kids, their friends and her animals, reading and being outdoors. She carries her motherhood into the workplace caring for the rest of the staff.
