We were very pleased with all the hard work everyone did to get our house back to normal. When the frozen pipe broke we were devastated and didn't know where to turn or what to do. We feel very fortunate that our insurance company - Allstate - assigned you initially. The first person I met from ServiceMaster was Bob Taylor - he was very knowledgeable and informative about the work he was doing and really kept us updated constantly, I feel he was the main reason I wanted your company to do the rest of the repairs/refurbishment at the house. Jenn Bratys was very helpful, informative, and really seemed to care about our situation and always returned my calls - which really meant a lot to us. Mike Sanborn - site manager was informative, always returned calls, and any request he addressed immediately. He deserves a 5-star award! Overall, we are extremely happy with the work that was completed. My son who lives in the house is very happy with the word done- feels you were efficient, neat, kept his personal items orderly. So want to give a special thank you to the painter/plasterior/carpenter - he does excellent work and made everything look great!

These guys are first class in customer service! Their whole team from Greg the owner , Jennifer helping with scheduling and insurance claim, to Bob who came out to clean our basement after the flooding. I really hope that I don't have to see them again, but if I ever have another disaster where I need their services, there is no doubt that I will call these guys! I highly recommend them.

As a Lead Technician, Bob is also responsible for heading up one of our On Call teams. He is able to respond to our clients’ calls and put together a team to service them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
