We live in TX and rent out our house in Euclid, so for me having that line of communication was important. I also appreciated Greg's understanding during the restoration process and the mess I was going through with my insurance company. It's not often you run across a company that actually works with and listens to their customers. I also would like to thank Kim for helping me with keeping track of things as well.
