 This homeowner suffered through a kitchen fire that sent smoke and soot throughout their entire 2 story colonial, causing extensive damage. Service Master by Disaster Recon was contacted to evaluate the full extent of the damage, which included not just the expected building materials, but also mechanical damage including plubmping, electrical, and HVAC. 

 Our professional inspector quickly assessed the scope of the work, allowing our team to work efficiently and complete the rebuild in a timely manner. All mechanical damage was repaired or upgraded, new drywall, kitchen cabinets and countertops, and flooring were installed.

 In the end, the homeowner was happy to have Service Master help handle the insurance process, work quickly and efficiently, and provide them a rebuilt home they are happy with after their kitchen fire.

 We don't typically expect and car crash in our own home, but when a visitor hit our customer's garage door in Independence, they caused significant damage beyond just the door itself. The center post of the two garage doors was knocked off center, and the garage needed to be suppported and reframed. 

 ServiceMaster by Disaster Recon jacked, shored, and braced the garage to facilitate the removal and replacement of the damaged framing and structural support. Once the new framing was in place and the garage was structurally sound, we replaced and sheetrock and repainted the garage interior.

 Outside, damaged masonry was carefully removed, matched, and then replaced with new product to insure there was no evidence of the damage that had occured. Once completed, the garage appeared as if it had never sustained any damage in the first place, with new paint and properly matched exterior work.

 After a convenience store suffered a fire that caused significant damge to the structure and contents, Service Master by Disaster Recon dispatched crews to handle the entire process from start to finish, making the process easy for the building owner and tenant. We provided a unsalvageable inventory list for reimbursement, and a full inspection and professional assessment determined the extent of the damage and repairs needed.

 Electrical upgrading and duct cleaning, as well as dry ice blasting on the char of the framing were needed. We then fully rebuilt the interior so they could get their business operating again. 

 Given a 30 day goal of being back in business, ServiceMaster worked around the clock to deliver on that goal. After the ribbon cutting we even had a cookout for our clients, as we were happy to see their building and business back on its feet. Peace of mind...restored.

 A commercial manufacturing facility, with a 7,500+ sq. ft. building and machinery costing over $165,000 a piece, called on ServiceMaster by Disaster Recon to handle the inch of sewage that had permeated most of the building. We removed the sewage, disinfected all the machinery, dried the full structure, protected to prevent secondary damage from occuring to the expensive machinery.

 On top of all the work to be done, we were given a Sunday at midnight deadline, which meant we needed to execute our solutions quickly. Come Sunday night a 9pm, all the building materials had met our dry standard and our equipment could be removed from the building.

 The owner was thrilled that we delivered on our promise and did our best to get them back in business quickly.
